Cody, I have the Viair 480C Dual Setup on my '89 B2200 and they feed into a 5 Gal 4 Port Tank and I haven't changed the alternator since I bought it...its just a small 60-80 amp! So i would assume you will be more than fine with your stock alternator! And on the topic of fill rate, my setup fills my tank in about 5 minutes...
Good Luck!

A single 480C pulls right at 20 amps maximum. A Dual Performance Value Pack will pull twice that. Most, if not all charging systems can handle 40 amps of draw as long as the engine is running. Always make use of the provided relays and remember to use a pressure switch!

Sorry for the slow response... I took my first vacation in about 15 years last week - I took a cruise from Long Beach to Puerto Vallarta/Mazatlan/Cabo San Lucas...

I can't wait to take another vacation!!! lol
