Shaving rockers ?

Well i just got a 94 toyota pickup were going to bag and bodydrop it this winter and i was wondering how hard is it to shave the pinch weld so i can bd it to the rockers and not to the pinch? any comments/ pics would be awsome thanks

yeah sorry the topic says rockers but i meant pinch weld sorry

cut slits all the way down it and then bend it under that is how i did my blazer

i usually just bend them.

Just bend it over. Don't make slits, someone told me to and it turned out like shit. Did the other side just by using a crescent wrench to slowly work it over and it turned out great.

Its a lot more work to cut it off and weld it up. You can literally fold the pinch in about 20 minutes.

cut it to the doors the 3/8" plate it, like mine!

did you have to cut the bed at all to keep it even or what? about how long did it take ?
