i just finished my truck put it all back together and it's still fucked! does anybody know why my rear end shakes at high speeds when i accelerate and only when i accelerate. could it be that my four links wrong or maybe the mounting tabs i used' the holes were to big.fuck man its hard to get hyped up about driving my truck when i cant figure out whats wrong with it. i konw alot of what you guys fabricate on your trucks come from alot of experience and alot of thinking,so if anyone out there can help me out please do! if not ,1988 nissan hardbody for sale!sounds, bags, rims, and lays frame 6500 obo. sounds like the reason you are gettinga "SHAKE" is because of the pinoin angle. Does the "shake" change at anyother ride hieghts? I have rode in a few trucks that would have pinion angle shake at one hieght but not another.

Now THAT is a real optimist

Did I hear you say the mounting holes in your tabs were too big?

it could be your pinion angle
or maybe your shit is uneven in the back

try airing down to where your pinion angle has the least amount of binding and try accelerating

Check your U-joints... and also your carrier bearing (middle section of driveshaft)
