I have a 2003 GMC Sierra and I am looking for a set of aftermarket control arms to shorten by 1 1/2 inches to match my -3inch narrowed ass end... I want to bag the vehicle over 24s over winter and not have to worry so much on high offset rims because the choice of rims with a working offset is limited.. Anybody have any suggestions?

I wouldn't recommend shortening the control arms. It will limit the suspension travel, greatly. If you are laying that thing out on 24's, you'll need all the lift that you can get. If you are looking for a nice tubular control arm, look into Air Ride Technologies. dan@fbirides.com
