so I just bagged my mazda and had to cut the front fender wells out and my buddy told me to take all of the vacuum crap out of the way, so being stupid I did. We hooked back up the map sensor and the vacuum for the distributor and it runs, but it runs rough and very rich. I really do not want to by a weber right now and I was wondering if someone knows the right combo of sensors and vacuum lines to make it run half way decent without all of the charcole canister and all of those vacuum lines. I just want to get it to run so I can drag it a bit and build a motor later with a weber on it. Someone please help. There has got to be some way to bypass all of that emissions crap. Thanks

did you plug the vacuum lines/ports that you took out? having some of those ports open obviously cause a vacuum leak and will cause rough idle, etc. etc. you obviously can't do anything about the rich part, that's your choice.

so either plug the lines and ports you disconnected or put the stock shit back in. when i first cut my fenders out, i moved everything up, and there is room to move everything up with stock tires, and i doubt your tires are taller than 26inches
