At what heighth do I need to put my truck at before mounting up the link? Do I set it up at ride heighth I'm guessing?

To get the most possible use, you'll want to set the truck up to half of its usable lift height, and mount the watts link so that the links are parallel to the ground and each other. I haven't investigated watts links too much, so I'm not sure what the characteristics of them are regarding rear suspenions, but I would suspect that in our application, it would be almost a moot point.

set your ride height and then mount the link with both bars parallel with the ground. Tack it and lift/drop it to see if you get the lift/drop you want. My bars were adjustable.

HALF TRAVEL!!! HALF TRAVEL!!! HALF TRAVEL!!! HALF TRAVEL!!!

You should set up everything at HALF TRAVEL!!!

Not ride heidth, you guys are minitruckers ride heidth is about 1.5" from the ground, not the best place to set up a suspension.

The cheapest is to make your own. Not too complicated to make. I got mine from BYC!
