Na, its not higher than the hood. The little ledge you see there is part of the firewall. You can see the ledge it in this pic of the other side.



Im planning on keeping the stock hood for sure, a cowl would kill the lines. Now i just need to figure out what im going to have to do to keep the stock hood when i put in the KA24e out of a 240sx.

It would be easy to fill if it came through the hood. Sounds like a sweet mod to me. ???

This thing just gets better and better. Great work Dwight. Wish I had manual brakes like that instead of this huge booster.

Heres some more recent pics. I flat blacked it for sping fling, it will all be coming off when it goes to the blaster. The stripe is a representative of where the 2 tone break will be.

More progress pic soon. Almost all the metal work is done on the cab. Hopefully within the next week or so ill get to working on getting a bed on it.

MAN I SEEN IT AT SPRING FLING AND IT IS AWESOME. BY THE WAY, I USED TO HAVE A PRETTY CLEAN 72 WITH A LITTLE 69 IN IT. A GUY CAME BY MY HOUSE A FEW DAYS AGO WANTING TO SELL IT. IT RUNS BUT NEEDS WORK AND HE SAID HE ONLY WANTS ABOUT 600 FOR IT. IF ANYBODY'S INTRESTED I WILL CALL HIM OR GIVE HIS #.

Sick sick sick. Can't wait till I finally get to see this thing. I got my rag in the other day so I guess it's back on mine here in the next week or two.
