For such a small vehicle the steering angle sucks. How can I get more angle out of the steering? You know so I don't have to ride up on the curb to turn around in the road. I think my full size work truck has a smaller turning radius.

Just deal with it, you're not going to make it better. Its a bagged truck.

Who said it was bagged? I have some different plans than that.

Seth what the f..k do you do for a living? Are you going to vet school?Working on being a doctor? The reason I ask is because you are good with metal for such a young age but you don't work at a shop.WTF..

I worked in a hydraulic repair shop for 4 years (floor jacks), and I was able to use the space after work. I just started building the mini bikes, and I taught myself from failures. Someone showed me the basics of weldign when I was 13 and I just practiced. I've applied at some local shops, but they won't hire me because of my age.

Also there arent really any 'fab' shops around here. I'd love to work at one though.

That sucks,You might have to move if you find a place that would better you as a fabricator.I understand the age thing though. If I hadn't followed your thread and your posts.I just think you have a good start and could make a lot of it if you could find someone that would give you a chance.Tell them you will sweep floors and what not.I bet they would let you do some small fab in a short period of time.Fight your way in that shit!

Yea I'd be willing to move for a good fab career. I've still got a lot to learn about fab though. I just keep practicing and I think I get better. I've got my frame stripped right now and I can compare my welds from 6-8 months ago to the ones from last week and I can see an improvement.
