my air zenith compressor burned up my 80amp stinger relay, so is there a higher amp relay out there? i'm runing 2ga wire with a 100 amp inline fuse to my 80amp relay with 4ga to the compressor.i need to find one before i get my recalled compressor back.

your truck is bad ass. We picked up a 100amp at a local car audio shop, we had to call everyone in town though.

go to a place that sells hydraulic parts for big trucks and get a continous duty solenoid they are usually 100A and diesel as disco.

I would wait till you get your compressor back and stick with the 80 amp relay. If it burned it up, its either a wiring issue, or a compressor motor issue... and with the AZ track record, I'd go for the later, since you have your ground covered with the former anyway.

I used a 150 amp continuous duty solenoid for my old AZ.. never any problems. the 80 amp stinger should be perfect though, but either way if you need one of those.. or want to try a 150, or 200 amp hit me up. I'd be glad to help you out.

I had already burned up 4 relays with the AZ.
You can wire up 2 of the smaller relays for the one compressor.
