$ for wiring 67 chevy??

I am looking for someone to come to my house in bargersville, Indiana to wire my 67 chevy pickup. I already have the painless wiring kit (i'm in way over my head), and need someone to install it, and the cab is stripped of the interior/dash. a local offered to do it for $400, is that too much?? the last guy said like $700 which is outrageous.

im in kansas city and i get 1200 to wire a car or truck with a kit but it also depends if you want the wires hidden and that sort of thing 700 hundred sounds to cheap remember good works not cheap and cheap work is never good it only take one short to burn your truck down

700 IS A GOOD PRICE, I REWIRED MY TRUCK AND IT SET ME BACK $1000. MMLILJOKER COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER "good works not cheap and cheap work is never good"........

the last car i wired was a 68 camero and i had over 80 hours in it and still had to buy relays for the job to do it right takes a long time and you need all the right tools if that guy can do it for 700 i say do it but if he puts one crimp connector on it id tell him to drop the price
