What kind of wheel jack do you keep in your truck? When my dually's bags are down in the front, it sets the crossmember on the ground. Three isn't much room to get a jack between the frame and the ground. Hell, even when it's at a normal ride height, it's a pain to get a floor jack under it. What are you guys using? I tried to use the jack out of my wife's company car ('06 Impala) just to raise it a little. It never even moved the truck.. just folded the jack over!

i got a really low profile hydralic jack in my truck and a couple jack stands at all time.. this way if i have to i can start by jacking up what ever part i can get the jack under then throw a jackstand under it and move my jack, but i have a tool box to store the big ass jack

I used to put in my reciever hitch that was like an 8" raise(or whatever) and then jack on that, then I'd do like lilj said and block it up and move the jack.

yea one of those slim so called racing jacks are your best bet. kinda costly but worth every penny. since it is bagged you could look into those air jacks that bacisly looks like a air bag but those are real expenvise

i've seen less expensive ones that are basicly bags that hook up to youre exaust you start and rev the engine to pump it up ......there realy flat when deflated but i dont know if they would be strong enough for a bigger car or a truck

i still have my front tow hooks on, works to jack on till you can jam something under the frame and get a better jack point.
