no do not close your lower ports you will blow the rings out or expand the can, i dont know what to say about your car bouncing, ive had cylinders for years on 2 diffrent civic and mine has never bounced like that, i usually hit my switch 2 times and mine rides smooth, but one thing you can do is accumilators for the front and rear that will help alot, lets your air expand for a much better ride, as far as your lower port take out what ever you got restricting the air flow out and use air muffles or silencers so the pressure can get out of the cylinder hope this was some help

I bought flow controls from MIC when I got my cylinders. Mine ride great.

Can anyone help me with some info on cyinders and normal struts/coil springs. I have a 94' corolla on air cylinders. Im looking to go back to oem struts or some coilovers because ill be redoing my air ride and Its my main vehicle right now. Anyways being that i have air cylinders in it now, when i take out the cylinders will i need a shock compressor to install the new struts or coil springs?

youll need a spring compressor if your putting stock height springs back in.. if they are loweered springs, you may not need to use a spring compressor...
