I have the chance to get a 94 toyota front clip. I was planning on using it on my wagon instead of a Mustang II. Just wondering what all I need off of the front clip to build my suspension. Any suggestions?

You will need everything off the front clip. The arms, spindles/hubs/rotors/calipers, the drag link, steering box, tie rods, idler arm. And the strut rods if you plan to keep them.

How hard would it be to narrow the clip to fit under my wagon?

Not hard at all. The crossmember unbolts, so you can make a new one the size you need and just shorten the steering link the same amount. Obviously try to keep the frame-rails parallel to each other while doing this.
