will a 20x7.5 fit with a +38 offset be ok?

i have all 5 lug stuff with the yota rear. i would think these will be fine but just want to make sure

Yup. To tuck a 20x8.5 you need +40mm so with a full inch less width, you'll definitely tuck. Unless you've got some sort of strange toyota rear end thats wider than the 89-93 models.
