I have a 97, same thing,, i looked for 2 years. I went from web sit to web site and from manufacturer to places that make adapters and have found none. you can have one made by places like NRC, or you can take the splines on the collom and cut them off and cut the splines off a chevy collom and weld it on yours. or take the steering coiiom out of a dakota from like 94,95,or 96 and bolt it in your truck,"it will fit". you can find a adapter for the older dakota's. and from what i understand the GM adapter works but i dont know what make and model you would need if that matters, but i have not tryed that yet. i hope this helps.
