I have a 1996 camaro z28. I just wanted to see what was the best way to bag it. I have all the vavles, tank, ect. I just need to figure out the important stuff. I see alot of the camaros with bags all the way around. My question is how to go about putting bags in the front. The back is easy enoufe. Is it easyer to go with and air ride sturt or a strut from a differnt company. I want to get it as close to the ground if not on it all the way around. And AS high off the ground as i can get it. Any info would be great.

In the rear I have used the 110-70 tapered part and stock shock mount. In the front I used a 224c (2600) and built a sandwich type upper mount that allows the engine sub frame to still unbolt. If you want a little more info let me know.

No. Unfortunately I don't.

The way the front end gets set up is the lower bag mount is welded directly to the lower arm and the upper mount ends up on the sub frame. The sub frame is heavy enough guage material to support the weight of the car, but there isn't enough area to build sufficient gussets. So, what you do is make another upper mount that that gets braced up to the factory strut mount. Don't weld these together, the moment you do the engine will blow and yo will have to cut the mounts apart to get the sub frame out. You can build the upper shock mount on the upper brace. It works out really well.

i think air ride tech offers the same kit as mine..its the spring replacing bag rather then the air shock...small port..but the kits all bolt in and i get alot of lift
