whatcha guys know about the 94+ mazdas?

Well, I know their pretty much ford rangers. but is there a chance that certain models had actual mazda made engines and trannys? Iv been wonderin, I wouldent mind buyin one for a daily driver cause i see em with low miles all the time for sale, but i dont want a Ford-zda. any insight would be great! thanks.

actually there is some things different on the 94+ mazda trucks and rangers. i got a 94 mazda. check out my profile for pics. the front fenders are different. the wheel wheels are different and the entire front end/grille/ bumper and valance are different. the mazdas and fords interiors were different in some years. at least the dashes. hope this helps.

but when you pop the hood its a ford motor

I have a 94 with the 4.0 in it...the motors all ford sorry....but the all of the motors are decent....


The beds, front fenders, window trim, and such are different....the dashes are ford just the 94s had the earlier ranger dashes. and the seats are explorers....at least in mine.....good trucks though...I have not had any real problems with mine at all.
