I got a 97' chevy tahoe. it has( i guess that's what it is) some big ass bracket in the way. It has something to do with the brake. Has anyone taken this off before? did it affect the truck in any way?

yea man i bodydroped my buddys 98 silverado and it had the ABS box in the way i took that bitch off and cut the wires!..lol and just and then u just tee the front two brake lines together and run it to the booster an then run the rear brake like to the booster as well its pretty simple and works fine.

just run new brake line and do away with the hole thing!

what if it has rear disc, do you have to use a proportion valve or anything like that? Did it make the abs light stay on?
