looking for smooth chrome front bumper for 78 bodystyle silverado

I have the chrome front bumper with the God-awful cattle pusher looking things,Im sure most of you know what I am talking about. I can unbolt these,looks like 2 bolts on each one,but have almost as ugly bolt holes exposed. Does anyone know where I can find a smooth front bumper with holes in it??/

im not 100% but I think the 78 body has the same front bumper as all the other silverados until the 93 bodystyle not sure,so maybe if someone could just point me in the right direction to a website that carries custom parts for older cars and trucks.........
