I JUST GOT A HYDROBOOSTER FOR MY TRUCK AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND OF LINES I NEED TO RUN TO MAKE THIS WORK, IF ANYONE HAS INSTALLED ONE AND HAS SOME INFO IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED, THIS IS MY ONLY VEHICLE RIGHT NOW SO I CAN NOT BE WITHOUT TO DO MY OWN RESEARCH.....

OHHH BY THE WAY THIS IS A HYDROBOOSTER COMING OFF OF A 2000 CHEVROLET 3500 GOING ON TO A 2000 CHEVROLET 1500...MY BAD....

I think if you are going to be running lines and trying to figure this thing out in a short time, I would get all the stuff to build custom steel braided lines (it will actually be cheaper in the long run.) Any decent tractor repair/supply place should have all of the steel fittings and line to do what you need to for a fair price.

If you do your homework right and get all of the fitting and line you need, the only other real issue is making a second return inlet to the power steering resevoir and making sure that the brake rod is the right length. Good luck

I put the Hydroboost off of a 2002 2500 HD onto my 03 Sierra 1500. Just go to the local dealer, have them look up the lines for the HD and they will be the same for the 1500. I also changed the pedal assembly so that I wouldnt have to fab up a linkage between the hydroboost and the brake pedal.

I APPRECIATE IT I HAVE JUST BEEN NERVOUS ABOUT DOING THIS CAUSE I NEED MY TRUCK ON A DAILY BASIS RIGHT NOW....AND I WAS NOT SURE OF THE LINES... NOW YOU SAID YOU REPLACED THE PEDAL ASSEMBLY HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERANCE WAS THERE?????
