in the past when i lift my truck up all the way in the front and turn real sharp, my brakes don't grab until the pedal is pushed down almost all the way. Even if I let the truck back down and drive it, i have to push the pedal down farther than normal for the brakes to engage. After a few minutes and pumping the pedal with my foot everything goes back to normal and works fine. However, now it is doing this all the time and when i try to hit the brakes really hard they won't lock up and i have to push the pedal almost all the way down for them to work at all. has anyone had this problem or know what i can do to fix it? thanks

Its a normal Toyota problem. Its from the brake lines over extending.
There is a tab welded to the frame that connects your hard line to the rubber brake line. I think its around the top of the frame.
Cut that tab and move it closer to the arms.
No more scary turns with no brakes.

It does sound like there is air in the line, but the problem of the brakes going away after turning is because the caliper is moved (somehow) and forces the brake fluid back into the resevoir. Then it takes a few pumps to get the brakes back.
