hay iam in the middle of doing the same thing right now i removed my heat and ac relocated the computer under the dash and replaced the engine coolent bottle with a billie tube. i moved my fuse relay forward tight to the radiator support and for the abs u go to the junk yard or chevy dealer and get a comination valve out of a 1st gen s-10 and plumb the brake lines into that i hope that helps ill try to get pics up soon good luck its alot of time consuming work that u got to do right. later mike.

yeah that is alot of time consuming work lol thats why i jerked a perfectly good motor for a 350 swap.. it made things way easy.. just an alternative to think about...

Thanks guys... Mike sounds good. Did you have to extend the wires when moving the computer under the dash, and relay towards the radiator..and the pics would be much appreciated...thanks Jon

You will probably need to extend your wires about 12 inches to get the computer under the dash. Just be sure to do one wire at a time. It really helps to prevent any more problems.

My buddy and I,did his ! Heres the scoop. 1981 chevy chevette booster 7.5" To remove the abs just remove it run a single out of the front of the master cld. run a T to both front calipers you will be able to see whats going where. the back comes out and to a preportioning valve to be able to adjust thr b. brakes from locking up before the front.the factory m. cylender will bolt to that booster .you will haft to modify the shaft that hooks to the pedal,it also will bolt to the firewall no problem.moved clutch resevorup 3" and tilted it back 30 degrees, also you need to modify the inner structure of the brake pedal assymbly, we used a hole saw to do that, cut the pedal arm ao make it not stick out.you will need to tub the firewall, modify the ac or remove it.all of wireing moved to inside the cab extended the harness we use 150' of wire to do this, soldered every wire and put heat shrink on them. Now the fun part! You will need to modify yhe stock control arms (alot) or do what we did and call suicidedoors and got some of thier arms.you will need to notch the frame for the steering to clear. This is a pretty big job, nothing for the faint of heart.Have fun & be safe
