Will a Automatic transmission from a b2600i fit onto a B2200? What all will have to be done?

nope frogg dawg, gotta match the engine family. The early 2.6, late 2.6 and 2.0/2.2 all have different bellhousing patterns.

If you get one from a donor 2.2 truck, you will need the driveshaft, crossmember, radiator, cooling lines, flex plate, and torque converter.

modifiers.wayne@gmail.com is in manhattan and has a whole auto trans swap for sale like 200 bucks.

i am doing an auto swap for the fact that my clutch master cylinder got in the way way to much and my tub is in the way of my clutch pedal now thats why im doing an auto swap or else id love to save the money and keep the 5 speed

keep the 5 speed and just move it otu of the way.... relocate under the dash using a honda lude cluch master with remote resorvor or go all out and get a willwood setup, still be out the same and still have the 5 speed.

id rather not mess with all that crap anymore. like i said, clutch pedal is hitting the tub. so even if i did relocate it the master cylinder the clutch pedal wouldnt even fit. you'll see it all in good time

also you dont need a crossmember. only when you go from auto to 5 speed do you need a tranny crossmember. from 5 speed to auto you do not need the crossmember
