rear back window?

is there a difference between a standard cab and an ext. cab back window? and does anyone know where to get an ext. cab solid glass back window for pretty cheap?

any junkyard should have them. i have a couple if you can't find one; but i'm sure just the shipping cost would be more than it's worth.good luck

Extended cab and standard cab glass is different on 84-88 trucks, and on 89-95 trucks. I know from experience...

actually therre is a difference the extra cab pick up the rear window is taller, the ewindow goes down all most flush with the bed, i know cause i was going to put a bigger back window in but my seats would be taller and i hate the look.

i apologize for sticking my foot in my mouth (again) i just went out to the shop to check & both flats came out of std cabs (1 85 & 1 93) and the slider must have come out of the xtra cab because it's in my 96 taco which is xtra cab. anyway i have a std cab flat if you're really stuck for one, but it's prolly not practical.

I'm nut saying the glass is different from the two bodystyles, that I do not know. But I do know that an Xcab window in an 84-88 truck is about 2" taller than a standard cab 84-88 window. I tried to help my friend put a slider from a standard cab in her Xcab 87. No worky. And my friend bought a plexiglass standard cab rear window for his 94 extended cab, and it was too small.

Depends. It cost me $10 to have my rear window shipped from Vegas.

i need an extra cab rear window for my hardbody where you get yours seth and how much

It was some guy that had a busted up old truck that had solid glass. I got it for free just had to pay him for shipping. My rear glass is incredibly hard to come by. I can't get it at the glass shops, all they offer is sliders.
