i dont know about that build. hes making it look ok from about 15 feet but the details are poop. did you see the welds on his lower control arm balljoint. it kinda bothers me that all the s10 kids are ridin his nuts hard. i mean the kid does have skills but he needs to take a little more time on the details, that or not post build pics

WOW. Thanks for posting that link Josh. I needed a good laugh this morning.

The one thing that stands out in my head is that the rear wheels are 12.25" wide and that means you have to have a tire that has a section width of at least 14.25" and he has a tire that is only 11.61" wide. If you will look at some of the pics of the rear wheels you can see that the beads are not even seated in the proper beads of the wheel. They are actually holding pressure on the drop center of the wheels and not the bead seats. ===VERY SAFE==

After careful review of the posted link, and in true Campy fashion, I would like to make the following comments:

1. What a DUMBF@$K!!!
2. Safety must be secondary to "style".
3. I hope to God he doesn't kill that little kid of his while riding in that shitbox.

5. The kids on that forum are just as moronic as him for encouraging him.
6. Whoever made those "sweet" adapters should be shot on sight.
7. Whoever mounted those tires should be shot on sight.
8. His "fab" skills look like shit. I could do a nicer/safer job using dimensional lumber, wood glue, and 5/8" lag bolts from Lowe's.
9. This guy embodies every single thing that is wrong with "mini truckin" and why I no longer associate myself as one.

im glad everyone got a kick out of the link, im jcampbell on this one. i hate how unsafe that truck looks. and i really really hate the frame he built. the way he mounted the rear bags bugs me bad, like how it looks like a skyscraper to the frame. then not very many supports. i mean its common sense somethings gonna bend sooner or later being that tall and not braced properly.

your welcome trevor, i wanted to know on them rear wheels, i didnt think the bead sat, but i wasnt sure what i would look like since they wernt milled. yeah, s10 forum is always the same questions over and over. i can see why street scene guys dont like it much.

but i do think crew cab long bed s10's look bad ass!!!! just done right like avteks.
