amount of drop from notching LCA

Before I bought some drop spindles my tires cleared my fenders, just barely... Yeah, must have missed the forum on spindles making tires not clear fenders if close because now it is about an inch and a quarter from clearing... My question is how much can the Lower control arms be notched and how much drop of the truck should I expect? I am just going to notch it for now and see about Z ing the front later... That sticky with the pictures are great, they will come in handy when notching... Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys
