who makes the tan colored primer? gettin close to paintin my truck and i dont want to reprimer in with flat black.

u can use any primer, that comes in a buff color. pcl makes a buff primer, its pretty good. or u can get a sealer tinted to whatever color u want.

I think Sherwin Williams has tan primer. If I remember right DuPonts Variprime is tan also. Dont take my word for it though I havent used the stuff in a while.

sherwin williams primer is tintable and is my personal favorite of primers but kinda expensive, duponts europrime, and a cheap brand KIRKER

keystones 3n1 primer is tan and i love it! bout 60 bux for the kit(gallon primer, pint hardener)

dupont's URO PRIME comes in tan and gray. it is of corse a urethane primer that uses a reducer and a hardner. this stuff is awsome as a surfacer prime, it even fills small dents.
