383ci. chevy motor or FAT motor

ok my dads friend who builds sand rails for a living and for his race team has a 383 chevy motor sitting in his shop and a toyota FAT racing motor thats in his off-road buggie. which one would be bitchin, the 383 is making 413hp and 435lb ft of torque and the FAT motor is making 205hp i think. obviously the FAT is smaller but the 383 would be the shit, just need opinions. heres some pics of his car.
