ok i have read up on Air sturts and how good they ride.I currently have air cylinders and would like to change to air strut. I have a 99 Acura TL almost the same as the 99 v6 honda accord but just a little heavier. I would like to know what type of air strut i can use and which ones are good.

Yea i have looked into uni air and they do not fit due to the double wish bone suspension in the front. It will rub the bags.

On any style honda or acura with the upper and lower control arms you will have to go with a sleeve style bag. Air lift, ART and a few japanese companies make kits that will fit. Double or single convoluted bags take less pressure to lift, but like you said they dont clear the arms for your application. If you are set on going with something besides the sleeve style bags you may wanna try to get in there and take some measurements. You could possibly build a custom upper control arm to clear the bag. Not sure if there would be interference with the spindle as well.

I have Air Ride Technologies on the front of my 99 Accord Coupe V6 and they rub on the spindles when the car is layed out. I went through several sets of easystreets and ART airstruts on the rear. I finally gave up on the rear and I'm going to try something new.
