ok my rear passenger brake line has a leak. i took it off up on that thing that bolts to the frame a little behind the drum. and i followed it down and it goes down the frame and over the gas tank and has a little bend that goes almost around the front corner of the tank. then there is a little bracket that holds the line and i cant find where it goes from there i need a quick reply before i pull the bed because it's a daily.

50 views and none of yall know?? i went back out and looked and it looks like it runs under the cab but where is there a spot where i can unhook the line and put in the replacement

down the frame rails like it does on ever truck. your best bet is a set of jack stands or take it to a shop with a lift because its easier then crawing under there to do it.

does it run all the way into the engine bay or does in have a junction somewere along the frame rail is what im asking

it runs to the master cylinder, trace back from there.

I beleive mine has a union joining two sections of line, by the gas tank. I will look when I get home and post tomorrow. Sorry, I work nights man...lol

Oh yeah, mine is an extended cab.

Oh yeah, mine is an extended cab. There should only be one line running back from the master cylinder to the passenger drum. The line for the driver side comes from the pass. drum....

it should run from the master cylinder under the cab fixed to the cab floor and ther should be a conection where the cab meets the pickup bed it then gose around the gas tank along the frame to the brake balancing unit which is the thing bolted to the frame by the axle
