Airbag sensors are on the front framerails below the radiator support, if they are not triggered they will not deploy. I'm not sure of the other locations of sensors but if they are not triggered they will not go off which takes a hit in the direct area to trigger them.

If it is stock floored that frame has got to be worth something if it isn't screwed up too bad
