wow that whole rear end scares me a little bit... it looks like my old frame before i set it free with a sawzall... i put a hammer through it in a few places, it was about to break... how did they even weld to that? someone really rushed through it

Got out of bed this morning and went straight out to tear some more crap of the beast. I removed gas tank, fuel lines, all wiring/gauges from old air setup, exhaust, and looked over frame to see what was good. Looks like i'll be able to cut the frame about 3"-4" back from the cab wall and build from there back. I won't be able to get material until the end of next week at the earliest.

I now have the motor and tranny pulled. The motor has been stripped of everything so i can send it in for a core. ALso wiring harness, radiator, and electric fan are out. I have started cuttin out the passenger side inner fender well. Next update won't be until front bag setup is redone, new mounts for electric fan, and engine bay is all cleaned up. I've also been lookin for a place to send parts to get powdercoated as well.
