a friend of mine, is selling his 460 with a c-6 tranny it's still in the car so i get it all for $300, it also has a 9" rearend, what are some good site for pistons, rods, crank, and things to i get build it up, for nos

I know jegs is a good place to go. I use them before with some parts for my 66 ranchero. Back in the day anyways.

Summit has really fast shipping times and a good selection. They also carry the Ford Racing stuff.

if your running 200 horse or less shot of nos, your stock everything will hold up fine, just get forged pistons.
realistically its a 460, a big motor, your not goin to turn any more than 7500 rpm -and thats if your lucky. and too bad your soo far away, id take that from you in aheart beat..lol
depending on what you want to do, the motorsport aluminum heads are f*cking awesome.

i can get awhole car with the 460, c-6 tranny for 600, the other one i'm getting is 300, if you want that one for 600 it's yours, the only problem i am running in to is motor mouths, i'm fucked right there

If you need parts and info my work can help you. We are actually building a 460/514 stroker in our shop right now. Your best bet is an Eagle 514 stroker rotating assembly and JE/SRP forged pistons most likely. That should give you more power than you need and is forged to handle NOS.
