be heavier on the colored pencils
dont be affraid to color

also. if you wanna use colored pencils
get prismacolor

they laydown smooth and have great blending capabilites

and color darkest to lightest in colors

thanx guys, i have prismacolor markers but i havent been able to find their pencils for a reasonable price

you won't find them for a reasonable price, u just gotta bite the bullet and buy em. ebay might get you a little cheaper, but i just get the smaller boxes instead of buying the huge box that has more colors then i'll ever need...

u can get the 12 basic lightfast colors from prisma color in the metal tin case on ebay for like 15 bucks with shipping.

they arent cheap but they will do wonders for you.

i do alot of tattoo flash and thats all ill ever use
