Here is my dilemma: I enjoy the sweet sheetmetal dash that sits in place of my old stock one, but I recently decided that I don't like how the dash does not line up with the door jamb line where the original would. With that said I don't know whether to keep it and just deal with it, smooth out my stocker and wrap/paint it, or re-bend another dash so that it is flush with the door jamb line and wrap it like I planned?

Well, here is the pic and you can have a hearty laugh at it! Please let me know what you all think!

Why build another one? Just finish building the interior you already started?

we are gonna make it sick lookin dev, once we mold the gauges.

It doesn't match the door jamb line...it sticks out!

We just talked about how much work my stock dash would take if we painted it, so talk about work when you want to grind the welds and then bondo and then and then....you know? I am just a young apprentice with not a lot of talent for the "mini" scene so if I went with my stocker and or bent a new one it would be something I can tackle while you finish your mini and mike finishes his.....just my point of view?

Keep it man!! And make some door panels to fit the dash

That would make a hell of a nice interior!!!

We haven't even finished the rear bag setup yet, or even looked at the front....So I am just saying we don't have all the time dog tooth!

6 MONTHS TO DO IT DOGLIPS. the back needs welds smoothed on the bridge and then paint, the front will take two days. If you had more than one arm, the back would be done.

This damn bumm-ass arm is really slowing me down I guess....I am just a little frustrated with the situation at hand orange slice!
