I stole a york 209 off of my falcon & used airlifts braket & stuff. It's super fast & I only got about $250 in it.(12 gal. tank)250 doesn't include comp.

I can tell you what brand I don't like, VIAIR! Their comps might be good but the customer service sucked when I had to deal with them. I got a comp out of the box that didn't work and they wouldn't take care of it.

I buy alot of Thomas 337s from Phill and I love those things, if you put one for every three gallons on a 140PSI switch they last forever, and if something does go wrong with them it's always just the flapper which is a ten cent five minute fix.

I put two AZs in a car and one died so I won't use them again.

I've done a few Oasis and EDCs but they are just too much upkeep for my customers.

My suggestion is go with the Thomas 337s, one for every 3 gallons and max 175psi. If you need more air than that at times plumb in a bottle for playin.

How long ago did you have this issue with VIAIR? If you like the product, please consider giving us another chance to win your business. I would be happy to assist you personally - in any way I am able.

Over the course of the past year or so, VIAIR service has indeed stepped up their game. I'd like the opportunity to prove it.

Thomas 337, and VIAIR, I have beat the crap out of my Viair and it keeps kickin. I hear to many bad things about AZ. So I wont try them. Also that fan contraption looks like a complete after thought P.O.S.

I love my york, mine has worked fine with no problems with upkeep. its nice having more air than you can possibly need on a daily driver. they only downfall is motor bogging problems cuz it drains power. that was only when my motor was stock with the emissions removed. i also had to remove power steering but it was well worth it. i dont know if i ever would go back to electric
