Engine help in WI

Soooo i really really wanna put my new sectioned oil pan on my 93 zu but i have a small problem. I need to pull my engine to do so and i have never pulled one before. I'm kinda scared to rip into it by myself and was wonderin if there might be any mini truckers in the WI tri-state area that KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING to help another mini trucker out. I know its a long shot but any help would be appreciated...thanks!

I dont know much about your style truck but are you sure you have to pull the motor to replace the pan? On the yotas the front crossmember comes out and lets you take the pan off with the motor still in. Alot of trucks are like that also. If I was closer i would be down to help you bro!!

yeah isuzu's suck when it comes to that. their x-member isn't removeable...that damn thing isn't goin anywhere. lol

He is right, I pulled my motor last sat night and the oil pan is way up in there....you have to pull the motor to take it off. Theres a small pan on the bottom that will come off but the main pan is deep up into the motor.

My motor was pretty simple to pull, if you need any advice please let me know and ill help you as much as I can.

Ill talk to my uncle. He lives only 25 mins north of platteville. maybe one of these weekends we can tow your truck up there and do it. It should only take a day or so.

Or we most likely can trailer if up to the madison area and i know we could do it there.
