has anyone bagged one on 24's? I have one that I have to redo a crazy ass hackjob on. It doesnt have to lay frame because it has a clean ass street scene body kit on it but i want it to be within 3 to 4 inches of the frame. The back isnt a problem. It had a backhalf made of 2 x 3 so i chopped that thing off and im going to rebuild one, narrow the rear-end, 4-link it, and put a fuel cell in it.

The front is the problem. The first thing that I noticed was the core support is unibodied with the cab. so i kinda need some guidance with tubbing the firewall and unibody. The tires are rubbing the front bumper so i was curious if anybody has also done a control arm section. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you should be able to take the radiator support off by drilling out the spot welds.

On my 03 Harley Screw, im running 295/30/24's, and although I cut and relocated quite a bit, it get real low with just cups and slams. My tire is about 1 1/2" from rubbing the PCM harness. Little cutting there, and pushing the harness inside the truck, all I need is spindles to go another 2".

whenever i bodydrop trucks if the fenderwells are already cut out i just get the sawsall and cut straight through the little bit thats left, then you have sections. After there lined back up then i just weld them back. =)

he didn't want to spend the money on the front end right now, so i have all this to look forward to at the end of summer. Woo hoo.As for now, it lays frame on 20's, with shocks and the stock sway bar.Ill take pics tomorrow. And no it's not as bad as you think it is, its a clean street scene kit that sits level with the frame. No though. oh well. It definitely sits pretty.
