FLUSH MOUNTED LEDS

CAN SOMEBODY POST UP A PIC OF A 01-03 F150 SUPERCREW WITH FLUSH-MOUNTED LEDS IN THE REAR. IM TRYING TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT I WANT TO DO TO MINE BUT IM HAVING PROBLEMS FINDING PICTURES OF ONE.

Im looking for a 48" flush mounted led on a back of a 01-02 f150 supercrew. I already have the website but I want to know how it would look on the tailgate or rollpan of a 01-02 supercrew. whats better, prismatic red, prismatic clear, or transparent red, or transparent clear?
