What guage is best....?

What is the best size gauge sheet metal to use to make a dash and console....? for rolls and bending but still be strong!and not wavey

That depends on how good you are and what kind of equipment you have.If your wallet says bad motherfucker and you own a tig you could do like twenty.If your using a stick welder it should be a lot thicker.

I would say 16 and some steel rod for basic structure durability
