What the hell do I do????

I have my 97 ranger and I dream of it bagged and dragging down the freeway but I dont see it happening. Im working full time for 8 bucks an hour and starting online school in feb. Some days I want to sell it and move on than I get on here and i want to bag it again. i dont have welding skills and little money... what do all of you think I should do??

keep saving till you can afford to do it it or pay some one to. maybe get just a lowering kit for now and then work on baggin it.

james your full of inspiring words.........that or complete bullshit sometimes. im just messin james has a good point just lower it for now and keep savin for air. everyone has to start out somewhere. even lowering it is a start.

You are on the right track. School first, then one day you will be able to afford it. Hang in there and don't give up. Patience is Parmount!

I just hate driving a truck stock seriously. im the kind of person that wants it now. and it bugs me not being able to do anything when A bagged toyota drives pass me on the freeway. I think Im going to hang on to it and make it what I want IS it real spendy to have a shop bag for you??

ya thats what i did and then i had to have it redone too i got over 6 grand in suspension from getting it redone. it sucks spendin time savin it but when it finally happens its well worth the wait

i used to love driving my truck all the time. now i dont care to. got to much of a hassle worrying bout this or that failing/breaking. its nice to just hop in nad ride.

Find some local minitruckers down there. More than likely you can get help through them, minitruckers love to help each other. Get ahold of the guys from Radiculas rides (spelling sucks) they are mostly in portland and when I lived in Vancouver I was a club member (when they where SLC). If you prove yourself to them as a cool person I'm sure they will help you get the work done.

Patience is the best in the case of customizing a vehicle. The Ranger has not been looked upon as the most highly customized truck so you have more room to do as you wish. I personally love the look of a Ranger laying there.
Keep your eye past current and goto school, I know without it I would not be where I am right now.
Good luck and just start with a mild lowering job once funds become available.

you could do what i did get bags for the front and run just ur airline put some airshocks on the back, plus blocks and spindles then start saving for the four link thats were im at now at least i can drop my sh!t and drag,just got to fill it up at the gas station
