Everyones Take on FBI Parts

Sitting down to figure things out to bag my truckPersonally its my first bagged vehicle and im looking to do it in a dependable and cost effective mannerWondering if FBI Parts are worth while since they seem to have good member prices on things like valvesany input would be greatly appreciated

I'm sure you do have great prices and service, but the least you could do is help the guy out on his question.

As for my opinion on their parts, I've seen some shotty work on the sheetmetal side of their parts, but as for bag components, everything is pretty good, and I think they even get parts from SuicideDoors, but I could be wrong. The only bad thing that seems to be cropping up every now and again is the poor customer service and shipping delays. Over a year ago they said they were 'restructuring' to provide better on both mentioned fronts, but that never happened that I know of based on what I still read on various sites around the web.

Ive ordered a few things from them without any problems, but with all the sites that are
selling air suspension parts its hard to
make a decision. All I can say id try & if you have a problem then you know not to order
from them again.

The guys at FBI are really cool and stand behind their products. A few of my club members have a lot of parts from them and havent had any problems. One guy did have some really sloppy heims, and one ball broke, and replaced them with QA1 units. Since then they've upgraded their heims. I'd still probably run QA1s though. Ballistic Fabrication carries them for a damn good price.

I got all my parts from suicide doors. Not sayen none of the other sites are good. Im sure they are but i've used sd.com and fbirides.com and even gravitywerx.com and the only one i've had any problems with was fbi. Not any problems on there parts. I just have a small problem on there shipping. I ordered a roll pan on the 11th of december (just a smooth pan no lights or box), and have yet to recieve it. But i hear lot's of good things about fbi's parts. Never heard a bad thing about them. good luck.
