kicker install help

i have 2 12'' solobaric l5s and a 1200 watt 2 channel crunch amp and im not sure of the best way to wire the subs they are dual 2 ohm can anyone send me a diagram?

go to www.kicker.com they should have a diagram in their web page on how to set them up. i have a book around here that I'll look for in the mean time

i have them hooked up now bridged like on crutchfields diagram and the amp is getting really hot and the wires are all ran right and the gain is turned way down could anyone help?

What Ohm load is the amp stable. You may just be pulling to much power from it causing it to get hot.

u will need to wire each sub in series and hook them up to each channel! cause the amp is stable at 2ohms per channel or 4ohms bridge
