Hey dude green is typically always the ground. Black is hot and white is the neutral.

call the miller tech support line and they will tell you exactly how to do it

And are you sure what voltage it is?? Most times 230v will have a red, black, green, white or something along that line. Like he just said call the tech support or an electrician.

im pretty sure the green is ground and the other 2 are hots. i dont think it maters what side the white and black wire are on as long as the ground (green) is in the rite spot.

I have the 375 also, and the green is the ground. Your gonna love how this thing cuts in the 230v mode. Slices 3/16" steel like butter. Sheetmetal gets cut like paper. Have fun with it, I know I do.

you should have just bought a new recepticle for it since its wired for either already, then you could just flick a switch on the back and turn the prong on the plug and still run 110 if you needed to take it somewhere.......

but if you cut the plug off, white/black - hot, green ground....

so i need to hook the green to the L shaped blade?
