So i stripped the AC pump of the front of my engine now my problem is i do not have a tensioner pulley because the pulley was built into the bracket. I think on older 350's you tightened the belt with the altenator? if im correct do you think i could just run the old bracket or does someone know a different fix for this problem?

you need to put that old bracket back on there, go to your chevy dealer(or me) and find a truck that had no a/c.... there is a bracket witha dummie idler pulley on it that bolts into the location the a/c compressor used to be.

when runing a BDC, i went down to the local auto parts place and bought an "idler pully" for 10 bucks, and fabbed my own bracket in replace, but i don't think running pre-tbi accesories, will work for ya.
