So have you drove it yet? Like down the block or anything. If not, how long before you think you will be able to drive it. I bet you can't wait. Looking good keep up the good work.

I'm hoping to drive it before the end of the month. I'm still tracking down clutch and brake pedals, since mine got lost at chrome. I still need to do all the wiring and plumbing, and put the steering abd brakes in.

I know when I was working on my truck it was killing me not to drive it. I remember finishing it but not having the right fitting at 2 a.m. and not being able to drive it till the next day after work and after I got the fittings. It sucked!!! But well worth it in the end.

I don't want to get rid of too much. I like the semi stock look. I'm just smoothing it out. Thats why I left the firewall stock and just shaved what I didn't need, rather than building a new one.

All I shaved was door handles, the cab vent behind them, side markers, and the cowl. I'm shaving the dip rails on the bed too, because my tires stick up past it. I just want to update and smooth out the look a little bit without loosing what the truck once was. Which is why I didn't do a front end swap, or anything crazy. I just like clean and simple.

Thanks, I'll have to check that out. It still looks like the issue with the green S10.
