So, the parking light will not light up my led on the drivers side of my truck. Its run threw a resistor just like it was when it worked. I cant get it to work again. If I hook it up the passenger side light gets brighter, and I get nothing from the drivers. I even spliced into the passanger side harness and got the same results. The only way I get the light to work is if I leave out the resistor. But, then its to bright and there is no differnce between the parking light and the brake light. How should I fix this?

Also, I have 2 led strips. One on each side. So, they act as praking, and brake/turn.

They are from Custom Classics.

custom classics, at least the ones i've used from them, do not use external resisters.. its a straight power/neg hook up. call mike or email them, they are VERY helpful with their products

These have a pigtail that hooks up to the main harness. So, they are used as brake/turn and parking lights all at once. The pigtail has a resistor in it.

IF ITS A STRIGHT POWER/GROUND HOOK UP HOW WOULD YOU GET YOUR TURN SIGNAL AND BRAKE LIGHTS TO WORK? WITH OUR LED TAIL LIGHTS IT COMES WITH MODULES THAT TAP INTO YOUR STOCK HARNESS TO GET ALL YOUR LIGHTS TO WORK.

I have remade the pigtails and still have no luck. I'm to the point of putting in some caddy lights or going back to stock. Time is running out for the ticked I got for them to be signed off on.

Have youi tried just calling Mike @ Custom Classic?

I have twice now. The first time to find out what resistor he used. He told me it was all cool. Didn't fix the problem. I called today and he is sending out a new pigtail. He thinks the pig tail itself is shot.

So, Custom Classics has one big thumbs up from me.
