Bottom bars seem slike I remember about 26 inches. If your mounting a bag on them you need to move the lowers out from the frame some to get the bags centered over the bars, if not the bars will roll on the bushings.

If you are getting ready to 4-link your truck I think it would be a good idea to at least "buzz" through the 4-link sticky. It should answer most of your questions.

If you read the whole thread then you would have the answer to what you are asking. You need yo read the questions that other people are asking. There are several other threads recently that have a lot of info as well.

There is no set length to make your bars. Whatever fits in your confines. You do want to keep the bags as wide as you can, but they need to stay centered on the bars.

Matt, you need to go buy Carroll Smith's books. You could really learn a lot from them. If you have a good understanding of suspension now, they will help you understand the changes that are made by moving points around. They are great books and no builder should be without them.
