i need to know what to cut out on the front. fender wells and heater box. truck is on 18's with stock spindles. any pics or advice would help greatly.

is it bagged? if so open hood, let air out and cut what it hits. if not bagged, dont cut anything, no reason to.
also what year is your truck, that makes a difference also

James! Howdy buddy.

hoodhumper: What size tire as well? If your wheel wells aren't out yet, of course you'll have to remove them and relocate anything on them, then as James said, let the air out and start trimming the fenders till nothing hits any more. You probably won't have to touch the heater depending on the tire size. I normally don't see heater box mods until people start running 20's, and then you're in to more stuff like tubbing the firewall and relocating wiring harnesses.

Your tire is 25" tall, so depending on the year of your truck which you haven't mentioned yet, you probably won't have to tub the firewall, just remove the wheel wells and relocate what is on them, if anything. I dont see you needing to radius cut the fenders either for clearance, should have plenty of room.

its a 99 model. im runnin slam 6's too. another question bout the booster and abs. i got a booster and master cylinder of late 80's easrly 90's metro. will that one work to replace the abs bull.

You don't need to replace your master or booster, your tire isn't that tall. All you need to do is remove the wheel wells and relocate whatever is on them and you should be set. I run a 24.5" tire and still have my wells, and I lay frame and tire at the same time, so with your 25" tire, I am pretty certain in what you need to do.

I had mine layed out on the exact same tire wheel combo before the BD. You have to tub the blower box a tiny bit. Also you have to cut into the inner fenders some to allow the front to lay completly out. On the abs you can fab up a bracket to hold it above or in front of the tire. You will also have to get a smaller coolant overflow tank and relocate your computer and fuse block under the hood. Sorry for the novel hope something helps you.
