Jsut thought I would show a few pics of a 02 F-150 we are doing for a customer here at Fletcherscustoms.com Truck is stock floored with 2x4 rails under the cab tied to 1.5" dual DOM rails in the rear. Frame is a one off under axle design with about 60 foot of tube work in the mount and x-members so far. Still a long way to go but getting there slowly

Thats sick man. Thats a ton of time spent on the radial bender. I like the holes through the cross members for the exhaust.

How close does the rear end come to the frame when fully lifted?

Rearend will hit the frame at full lift which 13.25 inches. There are rubber bumpers installed on the frame as bumpstops for the rear. At ride height there is 8 inches between frame and rear
